Ingredients:
- Cabbage - 2 Cups (finely shredded)
- Carrots - ¼ Cup (grated)
- Onion - 1 Small (grated or chopped)
- Vinegar - 1 teaspoon (White)
- Sugar - 1 Tablespoon (White)
- Salt - ¼ Teaspoon
- Mayonnaise - 3 Tablespoons (heaped - add more, if required)
- Mix cabbage and carrots in a bowl.
- Add onion, vinegar, sugar and salt.
- Add mayonnaise and mix well. Enjoy!
